"United we stand, but we rather sit"....I laugh every morning that I see this sign at the Y.  This is so true about me.  I don't understand how people say they love to workout, I hate it.  I don't mind going to my kickboxing or karate classes, but the thought of going to the gym stinks.  But congratulate me, I have been sucking it up and going to the Y, even though I rather sit on my couch and channel surf.  I just hope this hard work pays off.  I haven't noticed any difference yet, but maybe next week.  

This upcoming Saturday I will be attending tackle the tower in Cleveland for Ronald McDonald House.  If you have never hear of this it is a race up 38 flights of stairs or 636 steps.  This will be my fifth time doing this event.  Everyone wish me luck.  I am aiming for a time of 9 minutes.  I'll post my results next week.
