It's been a long 10 days.  I caught a summer cold that started with a sore throat and ended with bronchitits.  The bronchitis slowed me down, way down.  I skipped the gym for nearly two weeks and even walking was getting me out of breathe.  I however am on a the road to recovery. 

I hit a mile stone today.  I was 148.9 on the scale at the doctors today which qualified me for cheaper health insurance.  Yea me!
